No public transit station. Start is at Plaza Pública Manuel Corchado y Juarbe (Plaza de Recreo de Isabela), downtown Isabela, PR — wave starts: unicyclists 4:00 PM, wheelchair 4:15 PM, 10K runners 4:30 PM.
Per local news coverage (not official site text, which only shows a route map without a text description): the race — 'Carrera Luis Abreu Mendoza,' the 3rd-oldest race in Puerto Rico — begins at the town plaza in Isabela. Small-town Puerto Rico race, no public transit serves Isabela's plaza area — car/walk-in access only.
No source explicitly states a finish point distinct from the plaza start; spectators gather at Plaza de Recreo to watch.
No dedicated transit card system; Isabela is a small coastal town in Puerto Rico outside San Juan's Tren Urbano/AMA network. Car rental or "públicos" (shared vans) are the practical way to reach the race; cash or card works for any parking or AutoExpreso toll fees.
