제3회 한강 서울 하프 마라톤은 서울 여의도 한강공원 물빛광장에서 개최되는 대회로, 하프·10km·5km 코스를 운영한다. 참가자들의 한 걸음 한 걸음이 자신과의 약속을 지키는 의지가 되고 서로에게 희망을 전하는 따뜻한 행보가 되길 바라는 취지로 열린다.
