TIPS.
9월은 아침엔 선선하고 낮엔 볕이 따갑습니다. 출발 전 벗어둘 얇은 겉옷과 모자를 함께 챙기세요. 거리가 짧아 부담은 크지 않지만, 초반 오버페이스만 조심하면 완주는 충분합니다.
가볍게 즐기는 대회지만, 꾸준히 달리고 싶다면 훈련플랜 탭도 한번 활용해보세요.
