오사카 여성 마라톤은 일본 오사카에서 개최되는 여성 전용 풀 마라톤 대회로, 일본 여성 마라톤의 역사적 뿌리가 되는 대회이다. AIMS 정회원 대회로, 엘리트 선수들을 중심으로 운영된다.

늦겨울 대회예요. 아침 추위가 매섭습니다. 출발 대기용 겉옷을 겹쳐 입고 장갑·모자를 챙기세요. 풀코스가 있는 대회라 초반 오버페이스가 가장 위험합니다. 목표 페이스보다 여유 있게 시작해 후반에 힘을 남겨두세요. 이 대회를 목표로 준비하고 싶다면, 훈련플랜 탭에서 맞춤 계획을 세워보세요.
