유네스코 세계유산 7곳을 하루에 달려서 지나는, 세계에서 가장 문화재가 많은 마라톤 코스. 아라시야마 텐류지에서 금각사, 은각사를 지나 헤이안 신궁 앞에 골인한다. 2027년 2월 21일(일) 개최 확정, 풀코스 정원 1만 6천 명 추첨제 — 접수가 시작됐다.
