레드푸드레이스는 장수군 대표 가을축제인 '장수 한우랑 사과랑 축제' 기간에 열리는 특별한 숲길 마라톤으로, 잔디가 깔린 승마로드를 달리며 장수의 자연을 느끼고 레이스 후 축제와 공연도 즐길 수 있는 대회입니다.

TIPS.

9월은 아침엔 선선하고 낮엔 볕이 따갑습니다. 출발 전 벗어둘 얇은 겉옷과 모자를 함께 챙기세요. 거리가 짧아 부담은 크지 않지만, 초반 오버페이스만 조심하면 완주는 충분합니다. 가볍게 즐기는 대회지만, 꾸준히 달리고 싶다면 훈련플랜 탭도 한번 활용해보세요.
