2026 홍천사랑마라톤대회는 2026년 10월 4일 일요일 오전 9시 홍천종합운동장에서 개최되는 대회로, Half, 10km, 5km 부문으로 나뉘어 3,000명의 참가자를 선착순 모집한다. 홍천군육상연맹이 주최하고 홍천군, 홍천군의회, 홍천군체육회가 후원한다.
