제22회 여주 세종대왕 마라톤은 2026년 10월 19일 경기도 여주 현암지구공원에서 개최되는 대회입니다. 10km, 하프 종목 외에도 휠체어 및 여주시민 대상 4km 종목도 운영됩니다.

TIPS.

10월은 아침 기온이 제법 떨어집니다. 출발 대기용 겉옷을 챙기고, 반팔 기준이라면 팔토시로 초반 체온을 지키세요. 하프까지 있는 대회라 초반 5km는 목표보다 여유 있게 눌러 출발하고, 15km 이후 페이스 유지가 관건입니다. 세종은 국내 최대 인공호수인 세종호수공원과 금강 산책로가 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 이 대회를 목표로 준비하고 싶다면, 훈련플랜 탭에서 맞춤 계획을 세워보세요.
