ABOUT.

안동댐 준공 50주년을 맞아 안동의 수변지역 러닝과 K-POP 콘텐츠를 함께 즐길 수 있는 복합 문화 축제로, 달리기·공연·지역 마켓을 한 자리에서 경험할 수 있다. 약 2만 명의 국내외 참가자가 예상되는 행사이다.

TIPS.
10월은 아침 기온이 제법 떨어집니다. 출발 대기용 겉옷을 챙기고, 반팔 기준이라면 팔토시로 초반 체온을 지키세요. 하프까지 있는 대회라 초반 5km는 목표보다 여유 있게 눌러 출발하고, 15km 이후 페이스 유지가 관건입니다. 안동은 먹거리와 볼거리가 풍성합니다. 안동찜닭과 간고등어가 대표 음식이고, 유네스코 세계유산 하회마을과 월영교는 꼭 들러볼 만합니다. 이 대회를 목표로 준비하고 싶다면, 훈련플랜 탭에서 맞춤 계획을 세워보세요.
