This is a multi-sport relay (run/mountain bike/paddle) for two-person teams, not a standard footrace. The run leg starts at Ozark Outdoors Riverfront Resort near Leasburg, MO, with a 7:45 AM shuttle meet-up there for the short course; the running leg begins 8:15 AM.
Remote Mark Twain National Forest river venue with no public transit; car access only, and the event itself is a run/bike/paddle relay rather than a single-discipline race.
None — paddle leg finishes back at Ozark Outdoors after traveling Courtois/Huzzah Creeks into the Meramec River.

3 Legged Monster Race takes place near Steelville in the Missouri Ozarks, a rural trail-running area with no public transit. No dedicated transit card exists; a car is required to reach the venue.

It is about a 1-hour 30-minute drive from St. Louis.
