The race venue, Guixi Ecological Park,

is an urban park of about 1,400 mu (roughly 93 hectares) located between the two business districts of Global Center and Century City in Chengdu's Gaoxin (High-tech) District.

Surrounded by a forest of high-rises while still providing green space in the heart of the city,

it is locally nicknamed 'Chengdu's Central Park.' Inside the park, in addition to a 3m-wide walking path,

there is a roughly 4km circular jogging course, which is also a signature section of the large ring-shaped green belt,

Huancheng Ecological Park, that encircles downtown Chengdu.

The race starts from Point No. 2 in the park's West District and is divided into two categories, 21km and 10km,

and thanks to the park's characteristically flat, well-maintained surface, it is known as a course that is easy even for beginners.

Typical race-season temperature: around 12°C (54°F): Short sleeves or light long sleeves + arm warmers

Getting to the start

Chengdu Metro Line 1 / Line 18, Shijicheng Station

Venue is Guixi Park West Zone, Wuhou District, Chengdu, between the Global Center and Century City CBDs. Shijicheng Station is roughly 700m walk to the park; Jinrongcheng station on Line 1 is also nearby.

City confirmed as Chengdu (成都市), Wuhou District specifically. Race date 2026-11-29, 9:00 AM confirmed on page.

READY TO RUN

Registration is online, and Entry fee costs 195 yuan for the 21K division and 155 yuan for the 10K division.

Note, however, that the 10K division is a non-competitive Fun Run event,

meaning that official times are not recorded and no finisher certificate is provided.

Eligibility is limited to Chinese nationals aged 18 to 60 for the 21K and 16 to 62 for the 10K.

Registration is handled on a first-come, first-served basis without publishing an exact capacity, so popular divisions may sell out earlier than expected.
