The events are 50K, 28K, 16K, and 5K Ascent.
The start is in Bend, OR, at 8:00 a.m. local time.

West Village, Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, Deschutes National Forest, ~20 min west of Bend, OR; no street address specified
No public transit, car access only — ski area/national forest location. Race starts at West Village on a 0.3-mile gravel service road before turning onto Fly Creek Trail.
Official Daybreak Racing page confirms date (Sept 12, 2026) and West Village as the hub for all distances. RV/car camping available in the paved parking area at Mt.
Bachelor on Friday night for an overnight fee.
West Village, Mt. Bachelor Ski Area (loop courses return to West Village; Vertical 5K finishers hike back down 6.5 miles from the 9,000' summit to West Village)
No public transit, car access only.
No reloadable smart card; Bend's Cascades East Transit charges a modest exact cash fare per ride and doesn't use a card system. Mt.
Bachelor itself is reached by car or a seasonal Mt. Bachelor shuttle rather than public transit.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
The race is held at Mt. Bachelor Ski Area (Deschutes National Forest), 20 minutes west of Bend,
and every event climbs volcanic high-alpine terrain up to a 9,000-foot summit.
Because mountain weather can change rapidly, mandatory gear may be required depending on the forecast.
Bib can be picked up in advance on September 11, the day before the race, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. at FootZone in downtown Bend,
or on race morning starting at 6:30 a.m. at the start location, West Village.
The finish time limit is 12:30 p.m. for the 5K Vertical and 5:00 p.m. for the other events.
