Bound for Boston Marathon & Half Marathon - Minneapolis

The 2026 race starts at 6:00 a.m. on August 16.

The start is at Fernbrook Elementary School.

The marathon Entry fee costs $80.

The organizers recommend arriving one hour before the start to allow time for Packet Pickup, using the restrooms, and warming up.

Unless otherwise announced, parking will be provided near start line.

Bib are normally collected on-site on race day;

races offering advance pickup will announce it separately by email and on the race page.

Safety pins are provided on race day, and bib should be attached to the upper torso by securing its top two corners.

This is where the timing equipment can read it.

Aid station are typically set up at 1.5–2-mile intervals.

The race will proceed even if it rains.

It will be canceled only in conditions dangerous to participants, volunteers, and staff, such as lightning;

even in that case, there will be no refunds.

Unless otherwise stated, registration is final, with no deferrals, transfers, or refunds.

Headphones are permitted, but you must be able to hear instructions from course marshals.

Awards are based on gun time.

Even in races where chip time are also timed, rankings are determined by gun time.
