브라이튼 마라톤 위켄드 2027은 4월 3일(토)~4일(일) 이틀간 열리며, 풀 마라톤은 4월 4일(일) Preston Park에서 출발한다. 영국 3위 규모 마라톤으로 주말 전체 최대 2만 명이 참가하고, 코스 고도 상승은 477피트, 3시간~7시간 페이서가 운영된다. 마라톤 완주 제한시간(cut-off)은 7시간이다.
