Starts at 8:00 AM on Sunday, August 23, from the Chilechuan Grassland in the Xincheng District of Hohhot.

There is a single event, the half marathon, with a field of 6,000.

The grassland lies at the foot of the Daqing Mountains, a 30-minute drive from the city center.

官方信息：起终点均设于该中心，赛道经Y371县道及草原内部道路，东门处折返 日期确认为2026年8月23日8:00开赛（视天气可能调整），与库内日期一致，无冲突。呼和浩特新城区无地铁直达赛事场地（草原运动中心位置较偏），建议自驾或包车前往

Hohhot has a metro and buses generally covered by the local Qingchengtong transit card, alongside the WeChat/Alipay mobile QR pay common across Chinese cities. As with most secondary Chinese cities, dedicated cards are not set up for short-term foreign tourists, so taxis or ride-hailing apps are the more practical choice for race logistics.

Chlerchuan Grassland, the venue (the Inner Mongolia Ethnic Minority Cultural and Sports Center),

is about a 30-minute drive from downtown Hohhot, so race-day shuttle or car travel is essential.

This grassland course at the foot of the Daqing Mountains has little shade, making a hat and sunscreen essential.

Highland mornings are cool, so an extra layer is useful.

As entry is by lottery, do not miss the pre-registration window.
