This is a half marathon through the Bamboo Sea of Southern Sichuan (Shunan Zhuhai, 蜀南竹海) in Changning, Yibin.

It is a point-to-point course starting at Changning High-Speed Railway Station, following roads through the bamboo forest and finishing in Zhuhai Town.

With course passing through bamboo groves for most of the route, the event is promoted as a half marathon through a “natural oxygen bar.”

It passes through High-Speed Railway Avenue, Nansi Bamboo Road, Zhuhai Avenue, and World Bamboo Scenic Avenue,

and since most of course runs through bamboo forests, it is billed as a "natural oxygen room."

Changning Railway Station front square

Start line directly at Changning High-Speed Railway Station front square — runners arriving by train reach the start with no transfer.

Race start 7:00am.

Bib pickup at the same station square Sept 25-26.

Getting to the finish

Finish at Zhuhai Town in the Shunan Bamboo Sea scenic area, reached via High-speed Railway Avenue, Nanzu Road, Bamboo Sea Scenic Avenue.

Registration is accepted through the WeChat mini-programs "Shuyuan Sports" (书院体育),

"数字心动," and "软件跑步美," with the registration period running from 10:00 a.m. on July 6 to 6:00 p.m. on August 21.

Bib must be picked up in advance at the Changning High-Speed Railway Station Plaza on September 25-26, two days before the race.

The time limit cutoff is 3 hours for half marathon (closing at 10:00 a.m.), 1 hour 30 minutes for the 10km course, and 55 minutes for the 5km course.

Participants are advised that eligibility requires having completed a race of 10km or longer within the past two years and submitting medical documents such as blood pressure and ECG results.
