Parnu has no passenger rail or metro. From Tallinn, Lux Express/Bolt Bus intercity coaches take about 1.5-2 hours; the bus terminal is centrally located, within walking distance of the beach/Rannastaadion area.
For a short visit, no separate transit card is needed - local buses accept direct contactless bank card tap payment.

From Tallinn, the journey by intercity bus—such as Lux Express or Bolt Bus—takes 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.
The bus terminal is in the town centre, within walking distance of the beach and Rannastaadion.
For a short visit, no separate travel card is needed: contactless bank cards can be tapped directly on city buses.
