The road to your own record
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.

The city you want to run becomes your next trip.
THE DREAM
A 2-mile loop course, approximately 80% dirt and 20% paved surface.
The course starts near the shelter at Centennial Park, loops around the Rivers Edge Nature District,
then returns in the opposite direction to the start and finish area in Centennial Park.
It is flat and fast.
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.
Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“I slowed my pace, drank lots of fluids and iced up as much as possible.”At the Front Range Ultra Dayz, the runner planned breaks around the heat and completed a 100-mile race followed by a 48-hour race. The first took 30 hours, 30 minutes, and 30 seconds, and the second covered 104 miles.
“We finally got some relief from the heat when the sun started to set.”At the Front Range Ultra Dayz, the runner alternated running and walking in the heat to finish 100 miles. Although disappointed not to run more at night, the runner was pleased with 32 hours, 31 minutes, and 9 seconds and second place among women.
We translated a short line from each public race report and summarized the experience. Finish times are as stated by the author, and past editions may differ from this year's weather and operations.
