Like finisher medal Madness, this is a recurring series in the Haunted Series.
Following the series’ usual practice, bib is distributed on-site from 30 minutes to 10 minutes before the start, and there is no race-day registration.

Your first and last name correspond to the Latin letters in the passport.
Do not write your last name first.
It is common in Korea, China and Japan.
When you change the order, this sequence will immediately appear on your certificate as bib
Must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least two of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, special numbers.
生年月日。 Used to calculate your age group. So enter your actual date of birth.
Phone number. This form must use the US ten-digit format (000-000-0000).
Country/Region of Residence This list includes Korea (KR), Japan (JP), China (CN), and Taiwan (TW).
