Getting to the start

Winston-Salem Transit Authority (WSTA) routes 83/84/85 along Silas Creek Pkwy (Parkway Plaza Shopping Center stop) — roughly 1–1.5 mi from the venue; no WSTA route runs directly to Meadowlark Dr or the park entrance

Venue: Jamison Park, 285 Meadowlark Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27106, a residential-area city park on the Muddy Creek Greenway. Nearest bus service requires an additional walk/rideshare from Silas Creek Pkwy; car or rideshare is the practical option.

Winston-Salem's local bus system (WSTA) is paid with cash or a magnetic-stripe day pass rather than a modern tap card, and there is no contactless bank-card acceptance yet; single rides run about 1.50 USD. Most visitors coming for this race will still find a car or rideshare far more practical than the limited bus routes to reach the venue.

The 2026 race is on October 10, and the full marathon starts at 8:00 a.m. The full marathon Entry fee is $95.

The organizers state that each event is staffed by one or two race personnel and that EMS personnel are not stationed on site.

Aid is also limited to the finish area, so runners are expected to carry any nutrition they need between laps.

The organizers also advise participants to prepare for the weather and ask on-site staff for help if needed.

Registration is handled through RunSignup.

Runners ages 1 to 15 receive a $5 youth discount on all 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon distances, applied at checkout.
