A day you'll remember,

This is the 19th edition held at Rock Cut State Park.

You can run just one event, or take on the Triple Crown or Lite, completing all three races.

The schedule is a 10k on Friday evening, followed by 25k races on Saturday and Sunday.

The Friday 10k is a night trail race, so you will need a headlamp or flashlight.

Course will be marked with signs and glow sticks.

T-shirt sizes are guaranteed only for participants who register by 9/3.

No public transit; venue is Rock Cut State Park, Harlem Road, Rockford, IL 61016

Official RunSignUp page confirms: 10k (Friday) starts near the boat launch in Rock Cut State Park; 25k & 50k (Saturday/Sunday) start at the Red Oak picnic area, Rock Cut State Park. State park trail race with no public transit and no shuttle mentioned; car access only.

10k finishes near the boat launch/start area (must finish by 9:30 PM Friday); 25k/50k finish at the Red Oak picnic area, same as their start.

Transit card
