The bib and runner bag are collected at the runner expo held before the race.
In 2026, the expo took place at the Ibiza Convention Centre (Palau de Congressos d'Eivissa) in Santa Eulària from 10:00 to 20:00 on Friday and from 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturday.
The 2027 venue will be announced later. You need an identity card or passport.
Someone else may collect them on your behalf with a signed authorisation letter and copies of both people's identity documents.
If you cannot attend the expo,
you can collect only the bib on race day: the full marathon next to the Ibiza port start from 13:45 to 15:00, or the 22K next to the Santa Gertrudis start from 14:00 to 16:30.
The runner bag is not provided at these locations and must be collected after the finish.
Because the start and finish locations are different, transport planning is essential.
You must request the organiser's shuttle bus in advance during registration, and you need the wristband issued with the bib to board.
In 2026, buses ran from the expo venue to Ibiza port every 30 minutes between 12:30 and 14:00, and from the finish to Ibiza port between 19:15 and 21:00.
Bag drop was available from 14:00 at Ibiza port for the full marathon and from 14:30 at Santa Gertrudis for the 22K.
Bags could be collected at the tent at the end of the seafront promenade until 21:00 after the finish.
The full marathon has an aid station approximately every 5 km.
Fruit is available at 20, 25, 30 and 35 km, and energy gel is available at 20, 30 and 35 km.
The intermediate time limit are at 10 km at 17:00, 20 km at 18:15, 27 km at 19:15, 30 km at 19:45 and 37 km at 20:40, so pacing the pace in the second half is important.
As the race starts during the day, bring a hat and sunscreen.
Since the sun sets around the finish, pack a light outer layer in your bag.
An RFEA one-day licence costs 5 euros in addition to the Entry fee.
Official hotels near the finish offer discounts with the race code, but several were sold out in 2026.
