From the 2025 editionWe have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet. The map shows the host city.
The 2026 Fenyang City Jiajiazhuang half marathon will take place on December 6 in and around Jiajiazhuang Village, Fenyang City, Lüliang, Shanxi.
The race is known for using Jiajiazhuang Yuhe Plaza and the adjacent Yuhe Garden Hotel as its start and finish venues.
Based on the previous edition (2024) course, the half marathon course runs along Tengfei Avenue,
passes the western entrance to Jiajiazhuang Village, then turns onto Fenjiu Avenue, befitting the home of Fenjiu, China's famous liquor.
It continues through nearby villages including Taiping, Dongsi, Luocheng and Daxiang, loops around the southern and western gates of Zhongfenjiu City,
the large production complex of Fenjiu Group, and returns to the start in an out-and-back course layout.
The short mini/fun run course follows a section through local cultural attractions, including the Ma Feng Memorial Hall,
dedicated to modern Chinese writer Ma Feng, as well as Jiajiazhuang Folk Culture Park and the Industrial Culture and Creativity Park.
Its distinctive character comes from combining the aroma of liquor with the atmosphere of rural villages as a course.

For reference,
the previous edition in 2024 took place from 7:00am to noon on December 8, with runners starting in separate half-marathon (Zone A) and mini-run (Zone M) groups.
In early December, Fenyang typically has the dry, chilly early-winter conditions characteristic of inland Shanxi.
Highs are often 5-10°C, while overnight lows frequently fall to between -2°C and -8°C, so warm layers are essential.
On race day,
Fenjiu Avenue was traditionally fully closed to traffic from the traffic lights at the Fenyang Expressway interchange to those at the Xinghua Expressway interchange,
so plan for this if you will be driving in the area, even if you are not taking part in the race.
Times are local to Fenyang. Check the latest official information before the race.
