More details

Getting to the start

None nearby — no train/subway/bus service reaches Nottingham, PA

Start/finish is at Glenroy Preserve, 50 W Christine Road, Nottingham, PA 19362, a rural preserve about 40 miles west of Philadelphia. No SEPTA or other transit route serves this area; runners must drive.

On-site field parking for ~300 cars, carpooling encouraged. Genuinely rural/remote venue with no public transit access — car (or carpool) is the only practical way to reach the venue.

Getting to the finish

Same as start (loop course finishes at Glenroy Preserve)

Course is a loop; 5-mile runners split off around mile 4 to the same finish area as the 25K/50K.

Transit card

Nottingham, Pennsylvania (Kettle Cooker Trail Race venue) is a rural southeastern PA location with no dedicated transit card system; it is a car-access-only venue. Visitors should plan to drive or arrange a taxi/ride-share, as no local bus network serves the area.

READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.

Nottingham in October — average 14°C, perfect for a record.

Your body temperature drops quickly while waiting for departure, so stand wearing disposable outerwear and take it off just before departure.

Public transportation does not reach the venue.

The only realistic means of access are private cars and rental cars.

Applications are processed through the RunSignup platform.

Ultras are divided not by speed but by supply and foot care.

Break in your shoes and socks before the race, and if there are night sections, prepare extra headlamp batteries.

Departure is at 08:00. Applications are accepted until October 2, 2026.

Times are local to Nottingham. Check the latest official information before the race.
