In the flagship 100km Elite Challenge, 1 team of 10 runners relays the distance on treadmills.
Hong Kong's best-known running crews all turn out for this two-day indoor ultra festival.

RACE WEEK
Know the course and time limit, and race day comes into focus.
From the 2026 editionWe have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet. The map shows the host city.
The events range from the 10-person team 100km Elite Challenge to the 10km Open, a parent-child category for families,
and a school competition in which 22 secondary schools compete in mixed teams of five.
A sports carnival is held at the venue, giving spectators plenty to enjoy.
At the 2026 event, the One Cool BB Dub team set a course record of 3 hours 45 minutes 38 seconds.
Entry fee starts at 100 HKD.

Kai Tak MTR Station, Exit D (~8 min walk)
Event venue is the Sports Hall, Kai Tak Arena, Hong Kong — an indoor treadmill relay challenge (not an outdoor road/trail course).
Documented as an 8-minute walk from Exit D of Kai Tak MTR Station (Tuen Ma Line).

Same indoor venue for start/finish (treadmill event held at one location over 2 days).
This event is at Kai Tak, well served by the Tuen Ma Line's Kai Tak and Sung Wong Toi MTR stations, both a short walk from the venue.
Use an Octopus card (buy/top up at any station or convenience store) or simply tap a contactless bank card directly at the gates,
which Hong Kong's MTR and buses now accept.
A single ride is typically HK$4-15.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
Kai Tak Sports Park, the venue, is highly accessible, about an 8-minute walk from Exit D of Kai Tak MTR Station.
Because this is an indoor treadmill race, weather is not a concern, but relay exchanges and the distribution of individual pace can determine the result.
