Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
The 50k division covers five laps of a 6.5-mile loop within the East Windham Conservation Area, while the 10k is a course of a single lap of the same loop.
Each lap climbs and descends roughly 1,000 feet (about 300m), so trail running experience is needed.
The start is at 7:00 AM.
Even if a runner stops before completing the full distance, they are not marked as disqualified (DNF) —
instead they're credited with a result matching the number of laps completed, so stopping after 3 laps earns a 30k finish.
The organizers stay on site until the last finisher comes in.
Times are local to Windham. Check the latest official information before the race.
