The events are the Mammoth Cave 50K and Mammoth Cave 25K.
The start is at 130-318 Old Dixie Hwy, Park City, KY, at 7:00 AM local time.
Pick up your bib, check your wave.

No train/bus station nearby. Start/finish is Bell's Tavern Pavilion, 130-318 Old Dixie Hwy, Park City, KY, near Mammoth Cave National Park.
No shuttle/parking detail published beyond an external map 'Directions' link; National Park Service lodging info is referenced for accommodations. Rural Kentucky venue adjacent to Mammoth Cave National Park; no public transit — car access only.
No dedicated transit card system; the Mammoth Cave 50K/25K venue near Park City, KY is a rural national-park area with no public transit. Car access applies; cash/card accepted for any parking fees.

Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
Since the course is located inside Mammoth Cave National Park, it is subject to a participant cap set by the National Park Service.
Registration opens on April 29 and closes on June 30, and since spots tend to fill up quickly, early registration is advantageous.
The trail is mostly crushed stone surface, repeating a 9-mile section with continuous ups and downs.
Exceeding the finish time limit will mean fewer on-course staff and spectators.
