The race is self-supported.
Participants must prepare their own food and hydration, and sharing surplus food and drinks with other participants is encouraged.
On-site facilities, including restrooms, are limited.
Between loops, runners have opportunities to socialize and share food.
This community-oriented atmosphere is considered one of the defining features of the event.

A backyard ultra format repeating 1.5–2-mile loops, this is a **self-supported** event.
With no official timing, you must track your own distance and time and prepare your own food, hydration, and supplies.
The time for Packet Pickup has not been announced.
4331 Burnt Hickory Rd NW, Marietta, GA, near Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. No public transit — suburban Atlanta-area road, car access only.
Per race listing pages (runsignup.com, gotrail.run, trainerday.com); backyard-ultra-style format on a repeated 1.5-2 mile trail loop.

No separate finish venue.
Marietta, GA (Cobb County) is outside MARTA's rail network, though it is served by local CobbLinc buses; visitors flying into Atlanta can use MARTA's Breeze card to reach the city core before switching to a car or rideshare for Marietta. This is best treated as a car-access venue for race-day logistics.

Marietta in September — With an average temperature of 23°C, it's neither too hot nor too cold for running.
However, as the sun gets stronger as the day goes on, all you need to do is pack a thin outer layer to take off before departure.
Entry fee A separate agency fee ($3.50) is added when making payment.
Public transportation does not reach the venue.
The only realistic means of access are private cars and rental cars.
Ultras are divided not by speed but by supply and foot care.
Break in your shoes and socks before the race, and if there are night sections, prepare extra headlamp batteries.
Departure is as early as 06:00.
If you calculate the weather, breakfast, and transportation, it is easier to find accommodation close to start line the day before.
Applications are accepted until September 11, 2026.
