RACE WEEK

Start line is located at 121 Front St, Minocqua, WI, and the local start time is 7:00 a.m.

So on race morning, you can just run.
No train or bus station — Minocqua, WI is a remote northern Wisconsin resort town with no public transit system.
Start is downtown at the Bearskin Trailhead Park near the trestle, a short walk from the American Legion; course designed so runners staying downtown don't need transportation to the start. Genuinely remote/rural venue: no rail, subway, or local bus service in Minocqua.
Foreign runners without a car should book lodging within walking distance of downtown.
No train or bus station (same downtown area as start).
Finish is on the trestle in downtown Minocqua, near the start.
Minocqua, Wisconsin is a small rural Northwoods resort town with no public transit card system; the Minocqua "No Frills" Marathon is a car-access-only event. Visitors should plan to drive, as there is no local bus service.

Average 14°C — Minocqua in September, favorable conditions for runners.
The key is the waiting time before departure.
If you start off cold, the first 5km will be spent warming up.
The venue is an area without public transportation.
Plans are made based on the assumption that you will travel by car or rental car.
Application is done through the RunSignup platform.
The place where it collapses at full marathon is usually in one place, around 30km.
The 30 seconds saved in the first half saves 5 minutes in the second half.
Do not skip water and take a little at each section.
Departure is scheduled for 07:00.
Considering waking up, breakfast, and transportation, it is easier to find accommodation close to start line the night before.
