More details

Getting to the start

No public transit — car required. Start/finish at Monument Valley Tribal Park, straddling the Arizona/Utah border; races start and finish on the Arizona side near the park.

No subway, bus route, or train serves this remote tribal park. Race organizers run private shuttle buses for registered participants from nearby lodging (The View Hotel, inside the park, or Goulding's Lodge) to the start line — but this is a race-only shuttle, not public transit.

Getting to the finish
