No confirmed direct transit to the venue. The Skyline Wilderness Park entrance at 2201 Imola Ave, Napa, CA, is roughly 2-3 miles from downtown Napa; Vine Transit (Napa County's bus system) serves the city of Napa, but no confirmed route or stop reaches the park entrance itself.
Runners must enter through the South Gate overflow lot (approximately 1/8 mile before the main gate) and park on the grass; a $6 parking fee is included in race registration. Semi-rural county park on the edge of Napa; realistically car or rideshare access only for race participants, despite being close to a small city with a local bus network.
Same as the start — the race starts and finishes at Skyline Wilderness Park.
No additional finish-specific transit detail found.

Vending machines and the app (Apple Pay and Google Pay) Works directly at the gates

The Napa Wilderness Trail Run takes place at Napa Skyline Wilderness Park and is divided into four events: 10K, 21K (half marathon), 30K,
and 50K.
The $6 park entry fee is included in Entry fee, so no separate payment is required.
Runners enter the park through the overflow parking area at the south gate.
The 30K and 50K events are known as a course that climbs sections of the same Rim Rock Trail used by the nearby Rim Rock 50-mile race,
meaning the two events effectively share the same mountain trails.
Times are local to Napa. Check the latest official information before the race.
