READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

Know them ahead and the run feels easier.

The Sand Marathon is a sandy-beach course that runs from Bolstad Beach south to Beard's Hollow and then back toward Ocean Park,

while the half marathon, 10K, and 5K are a separate course that starts and finishes at Long Beach Arch and runs on a paved bike path.

Since the Sand Marathon runs on sand, runners need to pay closer attention to pace management.

Bib pickup takes place at Bolstad W, running Saturday from 7–8 AM and 10 AM–6 PM, and Sunday from 6–8:30 AM.

A valid photo ID is required, and anyone picking up on someone else's behalf must bring a signed authorization letter along with a copy of the ID.
