Hosted by Tejas Trails at Reveille Peak Ranch, the race has six categories with staggered starts,
from 52.4 miles (double-marathon distance) to 26.2 miles, 13.1 miles, 8 miles, 4 miles and a kids' 1 mile.
Start times are 6 a.m. for the 52.4 miles, 7 a.m. for the 26.2, 7:30 a.m. for the 13.1, 8 a.m. for the 8 miles, 8:15 a.m. for the 4 miles and 10:30 a.m. for the kids' race.
The final time limit is 6 p.m. (to start the last lap), and course itself closes at 10 p.m.
Packet Pickup is available twice: 4:30–7 p.m. on Friday, the day before the race, and 5–10 a.m. on race-day Saturday.
This is a cupless race with no disposable cups, so bring your own cup or bottle;
collapsible cups are also sold on site for $7.
Running with pacer requires separate online registration.
Aid stations are at four locations—Lake, which doubles as the start/finish, plus Jack, Road and Gate—and stock water, Tailwind, ice and snacks.
Note that the parking area at Reveille Peak Ranch is compacted dirt and decomposed granite.
Camping costs $25 for runners and $40 for non-runners for the first night ($7.50 and $20 for ages 6–11), cash or check only.
