This is a car-access-only rural venue;
a personal or rental vehicle is required, and cash/card is fine for any lodging or gas purchases.

The race venue, Cooke City, is a mountain village just outside Yellowstone National Park’s Northeast Entrance.
There is no public transport, so you need a private vehicle.
It takes around 3 hours by car from Bozeman or Billings.
At an altitude of more than 2,300m, the area requires acclimatisation, and it is bear country, so follow the organisers’ wildlife guidance.
Registration is handled through Red Lodge Events.
