Getting to the start

Start/finish is inside Rocky Gap State Park, Flintstone, MD, ~6 miles east of Cumberland, ~2.5 hours from Baltimore/Washington DC. Signage directs runners to race parking.

Remote Western Maryland state park with no rail or bus service — private car only.

Getting to the finish

Same state-park venue as the start (loop course).

READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.

Course consists of three different loops ranging from 4.4 to 6.5 miles, with the 25K covering each loop once and the 50K covering each loop twice.

Start times are split, with the 50K at 8:30 a.m. and the 25K at 9:00 a.m. Relay categories with teams of two or three are also offered for both the 25K and 50K.

Times are local to Flintstone. Check the latest official information before the race.
