From the 2026 editionThe 5km and 10km start together at 7 p.m. The entire course is on asphalt,
and course passes the village church square, narrow streets and the edge of the Normandy countryside.
The 10km consists of two laps of the 5km loop course.
Total elevation gain is 30m for the 5km and 60m for the 10km.
The minimum age is 14 for the 5km and 16 for the 10km.

No active rail station in town
Start (18:00) is in the historic town center of Sainte-Mère-Église, Normandy, near the church square.
Sainte-Mère-Église's own railway station closed to passenger service in 2012.
Nearest operating SNCF stations are Carentan (~13 km) and Valognes (~15.9 km);
reaching the venue by public transit requires the TER on-demand shuttle or a bus/car connection.
No active rail station in town
Finish is also in the town center of Sainte-Mère-Église, same area as the start.
TER Normandie on-demand transport service (TAD) links the area to the rail network in place of the closed local station.
Sainte-Mere-Eglise has no train station and is a small, largely car-dependent Normandy town;
the nearest rail stations are Carentan (about 13 km) and Valognes (about 16 km) on the Cherbourg-Caen-Paris line.
The NOMAD regional bus line 301 connects Carentan to Cherbourg via Sainte-Mere-Eglise,
but service is infrequent, so a rental car is the practical option for reaching the venue.

The start is at 7:00 p.m. Bib distribution begins at the race village at 9:00 a.m. the same day, and the awards ceremony is at 8:30 p.m.

an exception is made only for the group leader of a team entry.
At registration, participants must submit one of the following: a copy of a valid FFA athlete license,
a copy of a license from an FFA-recognized federation, or the FFA PPS health certificate.
The PPS is issued after completing the health questionnaire on the FFA website and is valid for one year.
The organizers recommend this procedure for unlicensed athletes and athletes licensed abroad.
Registration is online only and remains open until 30 minutes before the start.
However, the organizers state that they reserve the right to close registration at any time.
Priority bib for the front row is limited to 40 per start,
and applications must be submitted by seven days before the event with supporting performance evidence.
There is a refreshment station only at the finish.
