Dehradun and return to the same place.

The 51km ultra starts at 3:30 am, the gathering time is 3:00, and time limit is 8 hours.

Course is structured as a round-trip/circular section passing through Maharana Pratap Chowk, Maldevta Road, Saura Saroli, and Bhopalpani.

The stadium is located on the road towards Jolligrant Airport, about 8km from Dehradun Clock Tower.

The Samang Dehradun Marathon starts and finishes at the International Cricket Stadium in Raipur, Dehradun, on a course that returns to the same place.

The 51km ultra starts at 3:30 a.m., full marathon at 5 a.m., and half marathon at 5:30 a.m.

Time limit is 8 hours for the ultra, 6 hours 30 minutes for full marathon and 3 hours 15 minutes for half marathon;

the 10km (6:30 a.m. start) has 2 hours and the 5km (7 a.m. start) 1 hour 15 minutes.

Each category has a separate reporting (assembly) time, 30 minutes to 1 hour before its start.

Course is certified by World Athletics.

Minimum ages vary by category: 18 for half marathon, full marathon and the ultra, 14 for the 10km, 8 for the 5km and 6 for the 2km Fun Run.
