The 50K and 10 Mile follow a roughly 10-mile loop course.

Each lap has about 950 feet of cumulative climbing, and less than a mile is on a two-way (shared-direction) section.

The 50K covers three loops, the 10 Mile one loop.

The 5 Mile covers only part of the main course, with about 450 feet of cumulative climbing.
