ABOUT THE RACE

A day you'll remember,
long past the finish line.

The 5-mile course is a single out-and-back loop with 704 feet of cumulative elevation gain.

It matches the first 5 miles of the 13.1-mile course.

The entire route is runnable, and aside from a short stretch of residential road, it is mostly singletrack.

There are no aid stations on this course.

Walkers are welcome, and the time limit is 7:00 PM.

Getting to the start

Ponderosa Cider Co, 102 Gum Lane Unit B, Auburn, CA 95603 (near Auburn Overlook Park, American River Canyon area)

No public transit; car access only. Address confirmed on the host venue's own event page.

Start venue and address stated plainly per host venue page (ponderosacider.com), which is the closest thing to an official race page found — the race is hosted at/by Ponderosa Cider Co. No parking or road-closure details published there.

The start/finish is at Ponderosa Cider Company near Auburn Overlook Park, and registration is handled through UltraSignup.
