Submit the official Sign Up or registration, medical, and payment forms, then make a reservation by email with the organizer;
spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
A USD 500 deposit is required to confirm a limited-capacity reservation, and all documents must be submitted by 30 April 2027

BIB PICKUP
According to the official 2027 registration guidelines, participants who register in Kathmandu must collect their bib,
race jersey and other items in person from the organizer's office and present their citizenship or ID card.
Participants who register in Namche will receive the same items at Everest Base Camp and will need to verify their citizenship or ID.

Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon 2027 will confirm your participation with a USD 500 non-refundable deposit by completing the official Registration·Medical·Payment form and submitting it by email to info.guys@EverestMarathon.com.
