The usual pattern is packet distribution at the start-line pavilion from early on race day.

Start/split/finish area is near the main parking area within Clarkco State Park. Race is in Quitman, Mississippi (not Texas).

Distances include 50K, 25K, and 12.5K, all based from the same start/finish area.
No dedicated transit card system serves Quitman, Texas; this is a car-access rural East Texas trail venue with no public transit. Standard cash/card works locally.

The race is registered through UltraSignup and offers 50K, 25K, and 12.5K distances.
The organizer, Time 2 Run Race Timing, also hosts the Great Scorpion Trail Run in Meridian, Mississippi, every January.
Course follows forest trails and the shoreline of Ivy Lake in Clarkco State Park.
Camping is available in the park, so you can stay on-site before and after the race.
