Thonon-les-Bains SNCF train station (a few km from venue); local bus lines 271/143/151/152 (ALPBUS & RDB Thonon network)

Start is at Quai/Domaine de Ripaille (near Château de Ripaille), Thonon-les-Bains. Local bus lines run Monday-Saturday only.

On-site parking available with direct access to the start.

Course is a loop along the lakeshore/arboretum, finishing back at the Ripaille departure point.

READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

This FFA (French Athletics Federation) sanctioned race reportedly offers two distances, 5km and 10km,

starting from the Quai de Ripaille on the shore of Lake Léman.

Recent editions have started around 7 p.m., and the evening atmosphere of running along the lake at dusk is a highlight.

Elevation gain is about 30m for the 5km and about 60m for the 10km, so it's gentle but rolling enough to keep things interesting.

As with other French races, you'll need a PPS (sports fitness certificate) or an equivalent medical document issued within the past year,

and minors need a parent's consent form.

Registration is through the official race website or French registration platforms such as Finishers.
