Pre-pickup at Tryathletics (Columbia) between 16-18pm on 3/12 (Fri), and on-site pick-up possible after 6pm on the day of the competition.

Getting to the start

None nearby — Columbia, MO's GoCOMO transit does not reach Three Creeks Conservation Area

Start/finish is at the Three Creeks Conservation Area trailhead, end of Deer Park Road, Columbia, MO, about 10 minutes south of downtown Columbia.

Limited roadside parking;

runners cannot park in the start/finish area itself, so carpooling is strongly encouraged.

Rural conservation-area trailhead near Columbia, MO with no public transit;

organizers specifically warn to use the provided map pin rather than Google Maps to avoid being routed incorrectly.

Getting to the finish

Same as start (Deer Park Road trailhead)

Race headquarters and finish line are both at the Deer Park Road trailhead.

Stations & transport near the venue

Columbia, Missouri's GoCOMO bus system has been fare-free since 2020 (renewed annually by city council through at least 2026),

so no transit card is needed to ride - just board any of the six routes at no charge.

The Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs venue is outside the city core, so a car is still recommended for race-day access.

READY TO RUN

From race morning to after the finish.

Columbia in March — average temperature 9°C, so it is chilly.

Your fingertips and ears get cold first, so bring gloves and a beanie, and wear several thin layers on your torso so you can take them off while running.

Public transit does not reach the race venue.

A personal or rental car is the only realistic way to get there.

Registration is handled through the RunSignup platform.

Ultras are decided by fueling and foot care, not speed.

Break in your shoes and socks thoroughly before race day, and if there are sections at night, bring spare batteries for your headlamp.

The 07:00 start is early.

Counting backward from your wake-up time, breakfast, and travel, staying near start line the night before will be more convenient.

Registration is open until 12 March 2027.
