Using Knoxville Urban Wilderness Gateway Park as the base camp, this trail race links several city parks and wildlife management areas.

The 50K covers approximately 31 miles with around 3,400 feet of elevation gain, making it surprisingly hilly despite being close to downtown.

Early October in East Tennessee typically brings cool autumn temperatures.

Registration is through UltraSignup, and BIB pickup is available the Friday before the race from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Southside Garage,

or from 6:30 AM on race day at start line.

The time limit is at 5:30 PM.
