We have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet.
The events comprise the Wicked Fast Marathon Montana and Wicked Fast Half Marathon Montana.
The start is at Bib Pick up at Sacagewea Park, Livingston, MT, at 6:30 AM local time.
Course is a point-to-point course with a different start and finish.

So on race morning, you can just run.
No public transit exists; marathon start (Trail Creek, ~7 mi from I-90) and half marathon start (Old Yellowstone Trail North) have NO runner/spectator parking at all — access is by organizer bus shuttle or drop-off only, departing from Sacajawea Park
Rural Montana venue outside Livingston;
this is by design (no start-line parking permitted).

Finish area has normal car parking;
it's only the point-to-point start lines that are shuttle-only.
Yes —
mandatory organizer bus shuttle transports runners from Sacajawea Park to both the marathon start (Trail Creek) and half marathon start (Old Yellowstone Trail North);
self-driving to either start is not permitted.
No dedicated transit card system;
Livingston, Montana is a small gateway town near Yellowstone reached by car, with no public transit network relevant to race access.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
Parking is completely prohibited at the starting point (full marathon is Trail Creek, half marathon is Old Yellowstone Trail North),
so the only route is to take the organizer's shuttle bus from Sacagawea Park in Livingston.
Packet Pickup also takes place in the same park.
Since the altitude decreases point to point course, the burden is placed on the legs, so training in preparation for the downhill is effective.
