Dadaepo Beach Station, Busan Metro Line 1 (southern terminus)
City confirmed as Busan, South Korea. Start/finish is at Dadaepo Beach Park, Saha-gu, Busan, on Oct 3, 2026 at 09:00. Dadaepo Beach station is the southernmost station on Busan Metro Line 1 and sits directly at the beach/park.
Best option for foreign runners: Busan Metro Line 1 directly to Dadaepo Beach station, which lets out at the park. No need for a car.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop. Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
Mornings in October can be quite chilly.
Bring a layer for waiting at the start, and if you race in short sleeves, use arm sleeves to stay warm early on.
The distance is short, so it isn't too demanding;
as long as you avoid an early over-pace, finishing is well within reach.
Busan is known for dwaeji-gukbap (pork and rice soup) and milmyeon (cold wheat noodles), and for Haeundae and Gwangalli beaches and Gamcheon Culture Village.
