The start is at Yiquanhu Culture Park in Handan, Hebei Province, at 7:00 a.m. local time.

The venue is located in Ci County, Handan, about 32km from downtown Handan.

Pick up your bib at the expo

Based on the standard regulations for the WSE 10KM OPEN series — you must bring valid ID and collect your race materials in person; proxy pickup is not permitted.
Reserve a pickup time via QR code and complete the online waiver.
The participant materials include a large and small bib (the timing chip is in the large bib), four pins, and a wristband.
Check-in must be completed by 60 minutes before the start, and there is no post-race delivery.
Check the official WeChat announcement for the specific pickup location and date and time for the Fuyang race.

No metro station at venue; nearest useful transit is Handan West Bus Station

Event location is 邯郸溢泉湖文化公园 (Handan Yiquanhu Cultural Park) in Cixian County, about 32 km from Handan city proper. Date/venue confirmed via secondary sources rather than the official site (wsety.com); treat transit info as secondary-sourced.

Handan uses a regional Jiaotong Lianhe transit card, part of a card network shared with Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, and Cangzhou, usable on local buses. Cards can be purchased and topped up at the Handan bus group's charge centers, the municipal service center, or train station counters (20 yuan deposit, minimum 5 yuan top-up), and give an 8 percent fare discount versus cash; a mobile ride-the-bus app also supports phone-tap payment on China Unicom devices.
