Course starts at Yangzhou Civic Center Square, passing along Wenchang East Road and Yunhe North Road,

then continuing through roads near the famous Slender West Lake scenic area, including Slender West Lake Road and the Pingshantang area.

After running along Hanjiang North Road, runners reach finish in front of the Guotai Building on Wenchang West Road.

no metro in Yangzhou — Citizens' Center Plaza, Wenchang East Road, Guangling District; nearest bus stop '市民中心(科技馆)'

For 2026, the race was renamed to '2026中国银行扬州半程马拉松' (2026 Bank of China Yangzhou Half Marathon), same date/start/finish. No live official domain found; per 2024-2025 editions, 12 free dedicated shuttle lines to the start from ~4:45 AM, bus every 3-10 min.

Per past editions, city bus operator runs rapid crowd-dispersal buses near the finish.
