I'm a Londoner and I've run this one a few times. If you're in town the day before, I'm doing a gentle 4-5k along the river and can show you the bits of the course near Tower Bridge. No pace pressure, just a chat.

My parents are flying over with me and want to see me at least twice. Anyone know spots where they can catch me and then get to the finish area without fighting the crowds too much?
