BeogradTHE DREAM
The 10K Belgrade Nike Run is a 10km race organised by the Belgrade Marathon committee.
It takes place around Nikola Tesla Boulevard in Novi Beograd, alongside the Sava River.
Nike is the title sponsor, and the race has World Athletics-certified course status, allowing finish times to appear in the international road-race calendar.
Unlike the Belgrade Marathon, held each April,
it takes place in the early evening in September and has become a fixture that opens the second half of the running season after summer.
Picture the course in advance
and find the pace that fits you.
Streets lined with cheers, runners all around.
You'll be part of that scene.
Take it slow with the finish still in you,
and meet the city all over again.
From the joy of finishing to the tough moments — read what runners wrote themselves.
“I didn't have high expectations for this event, but I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised.”
The runner finished the Belgrade 10K in 41:49. The runner passed the early pack of runners to find their target pace, and wrote that the cheers along almost the entire course and high-fives from children kept them going.

RACE WEEK
Know the course and time limit, and race day comes into focus.
From the 2026 editionWe have not confirmed the start line coordinates yet. The map shows the host city.
The start and finish are on Nikola Tesla Boulevard in Novi Beograd.
Course follows an out-and-back route along the boulevard to Karađorđeva Street, then makes another out-and-back section toward Trešnjinog Cveta,
before passing Ušće Park, where the Sava and Danube meet, and the former Sajmište site on the way back to the start.
Ušće is a park at the confluence of the two rivers, home to Ušće Tower and the Museum of Contemporary Art.
Sajmište was the site of a concentration camp during World War II and is now marked by a memorial.
The entire course follows boulevards and the riverfront, with almost no elevation gain, and three aid station are positioned along course.

This may change for the next edition.
Pick up your bib, check your wave.
So on race morning, you can just run.
Bus/tram stop "Novi Beograd /Ušće/" (also called Pristanište) — ~500m / 7 min walk to Park Prijateljstva start area
Start/finish is on Bulevar Nikole Tesle near Park Prijateljstva at Ušće in Novi Beograd (New Belgrade). Belgrade has no metro; reach via tram lines 7, 9, 11, 13 or bus lines 15, 16, 17, 65, 84, 95 (and others) to the Ušće stops.
No organizer shuttle found. Belgrade has no subway/metro system — nearest access is by tram or city bus to the Ušće stops.
Info is from the 2025/2026 editions (bgdmarathon.org)
Same as start — "Novi Beograd /Ušće/" tram/bus stop, ~500m walk
Start and finish are co-located at the Ušće/Park Prijateljstva site.
Belgrade's transit runs on the "Belgrade Plus" system (which replaced BusPlus in 2023); buy an anonymous rechargeable card at kiosks ("trafika") for roughly 250-300 RSD, or use the Belgrade Plus mobile app so you don't need a local SIM. Contactless Mastercard bank cards are also read directly by the validators on buses and trams.
A single ticket costs about 89 RSD (~€0.70) and covers unlimited transfers for 90 minutes.
Your start time, fuel and bag drop.
Know them ahead and the run feels easier.
In September, Belgrade has a Köppen Cfa humid subtropical climate and is in one of its driest periods of the year.
Highs are around 24–25°C and lows about 13°C: warm during the day, but cooler in the evening.
The race starts at 6 p.m., so much of the course is run as daylight fades, avoiding the afternoon heat.
Course follows major roads and riverside paths with almost no climbing, making it suitable for runners chasing a fast time.
The start in New Belgrade is connected to the old city across the Sava by roads and bridges, so access is straightforward.
Times are local to Beograd. Check the latest official information before the race.
